Even Doug Ford, recently awoken from his winter somnambulism, has stuck his head out of his Queens Park windows to go on the warpath against the Lieberal/Dipper coalition government. I see that today he's announced an extension of the Gas Tax Cut until the end of 2024.
It's a start.
If he really wanted to piss off the Feds he would join Alberta and Saskatchewan and refuse the Carbon Tax payments as they have done. I'm certain that would get the Federal nickers in a large bunch.
Great debrief, Peter. And well said on Ontario's premier. For all his strengths, it remains incredibly frustrating when the ON PC's attempt to have it both ways with the federal Liberals. I can appreciate that that they are effectively a centrist, to centre-left party for the sake of remaining palatable to fickle GTA voters, but I do wish Ford's moments of bravery weren't so dependent on fair weather.
Slowing down the blood flow in the brains of the nation, and giving a few thousand twenty-somethings schizophrenia would certainly have its benefits for our government-turned-drug-dealers.

He isn’t Rob Ford (even with all his faults though he took on the entire powers that be single handed so it’s understandable)
