Very well written Alex. You tell it like it is, was and very likely will be. I wouldn't put anything by Sock-Boy and Canadians will have to be vigilant leading up to the next Election.

Desperate people, especially hyper-narcissistic ones like Trudeau, will do just about anything not to be humiliated.

And humiliated he, and his Lieberals, will be when Canadians finally get a say in their collective destiny.

Barring a meteorite strike, Poilievre and the Conservatives will demolish both the Lieberals and The Non-Democratic Party.

Expect desperate measures from Trudeau and Singh.

Cheers.

That's kind of you, Peter. Had thought about taking the week off columns but the situation has been too crazy to ignore.

If you look at the recent funding to cranks like the 'Canadian Anti-Hate Network' the options for a #TwoTier crackdown on, *checks notes,* even peaceful Catholic families, are plentiful: https://x.com/rpoconnor/status/1823014303986835717

Freakish stuff, really. Will be a particularly disgraceful fall.

We'll weather it accordingly. Cheers right back.

Another well crafted analysis of the current extremely worrisome situation. The founding fathers (oops, gotta be more astute) of both Canada and the United States would be generating heat in their plots, if they were aware of how their respective societies are evolving.

Thank you, Ted! I suppose the encouraging aspect is that it's become harder to avoid the entropy, which is why it's so important that we withstand the next round of 'online harm' crackdowns.

I'm fine with people not liking Musk, but I shudder to think of how these past few years would have looked like with intelligence agencies and government propagandists having their hand firmly up Twitter/X's backside.

Nicely written Alex.

Would love to hear your thoughts on the the acquittal of our friends in Lethbridge (925+ days in remand and STILL counting) and Ottawa (longest mischief trial in World history).

Kind of you, Karen. Will try to work that into the schedule. I'm certainly as flummoxed and frustrated as the next Canadian wrong-thinker.

A good person to talk to is Jason Lavigne. He attended the Coutts 3 and the Coutts 2(4) trials and took meticulous notes. Here is a link to the most current information (as if yesterday) unbelievable ! The judge basically has overridden the jury decision, where the men were acquitted of the charge of conspiracy to commit murder of police officers but the justice is charging that they possessed guns to murder police. 🤡 world
