Gee, Alex... What you're describing is dèjá vu all over again. Cue Trudeau the Elder circa 1970s.

Hope you’re wrong, Peter! But very much feeling like we’ve been sold a Potemkin village to date. In some ways… quite literally: https://x.com/bryanpassifiume/status/1969056242401231080?s=46

Another well crafted, albeit depressing, review of Canada's gradual decline.

Like parts flying off battered stock cars during a demolition derby, members of Little Lord Fauntleroy's former cabinet are finding new public troughs to feed at. Unfortunately, the hoped-for agent of change appears to be sticking to the script originally prepared for the Boy Blunder.

The messaging of climate alarmism, the promotion of communism (not socialism) over capitalism, the indoctrination (not education) of young minds and the sexual orientation change efforts aimed at pre-pubescent audiences are all part of a global effort to significantly change society. Destruction of the family unit and intolerance of Judeo Christian values are part of the program. You have to wonder what incentives are being provided to political leaders around the world and by whom? Anyway, the Blue Jays won again last night - so all is well.

Thank you for this, Ted! Our writer in residence strikes again. Funnily enough as to your Blue Jays capper, I was just talking about this on Greg Brady on the latest episode of the new show, where one can glimpse legitimate polling shifts in how worried those being sampled are about key domestic issues once football season starts (particularly college) and it becomes a kind of soothing balm/distraction politicians surely account for.

So many anti-civilizational forces to take issue with... so little time.
