The Liberal's have gone to dredging the last of their fear-mongering cards from the bottom of the barrel - the big 'A' abortion / woman's choice option.

But got truly whacked, or shall I say whacco-ed for it by the Conservative front-bench woman.

The Liberal's book of tricks is now empty and the only option is for them to self-destruct and take Canada down with them.

Sure seems that way. Would rather attempt to take their ball and go home than take it on the chin like big boys and big girls. Disappointing but wholly expected from a group of theatre kids.

The Extremely Online social issue du jour thing won't work this time when the majority of voters aren't on Twitter to view lousy comms and Nat Observer columns. Instead, they're working harder to save less, and driving past the squalor, and come election day that's more powerful than any Liberal fart in the wind in the Toronto Star.

Thanks in part to you at Acceptable Views, National Citizens Coalition, True North, Rebel News, the Real Story - Terry Glavin, The National Telegraph, on substack and YouTube, and the National Post - it nicely counters everything the CBC or the Commie Star can throw at the gullible public.

Plus seeing the Liberal and NDP clown show in the HOC doesn't do their cause much good..

I should add Professor John Robson's excellent Climate Discussion Nexus to the list of great resources. That nicely disassembles the climate porn and real misinformation and disinformation put out by the Liberals and the NDP regarding their climate agenda.

That's awfully kind, Kevin. Nice to be in solid company there. And I agree, Robson's work is fantastic.

Given the Libs' self-inflicted desperation, it was bizarre to see their leader acting in an online skit related to May the fourth. Could his well honed sitcom skills been an accurate portrayal of his daily routine and attention to critical issues?

Well, I've been told by staffers he doesn't read. (Books, or briefing notes.)

But I guess he still binge watches...

That little skit probably cost us $75,000-$100,000. Joy.

Hey Alex, great article... Have you ever played the game 'Skyrim'? There is always a guard somewhere in the game complaining that...

"I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow in the knee"

That line came to mind when you stated...

"last true Liberal wedge, their “far-right” boogeyman, which had been polished over a decade into the sharpest prison shiv imaginable, and he stuck it into his opponent’s kneecap"

Trudeau used to be the Skyrim Adventurer bringing 'sunny ways' to the population. Now, he's the lowly guard taking Poilievre's 'arrow to the knee'.

As an aside. This is how I imagine the scene when Poilievre enters to HoC, as Prime Minister, for the first time.

Darth Vader's Theme... There's a new sheriff in town.

Hah, I have! Although I'm presently without a system (which, truth be told, has helped me be MUCH more productive...) and of the open world games I logged far more hours on the Witcher, Red Deads, the GTAs, Assassins Creeds, etc.

Love your additional visual lol.

God willin' and the creek don't rise, that first day in the HoC should be one heck of a spectacle.

Was originally going to run in a paper without a link, obviously, and it was such a lousy 'Community Noted' comment I decided not to include the normal URL or screengrab here. Too embarrassing.

It was objectively bad, and mealy-mouthed, and I believe him to be a decent guy who just wasn't right for the moment. Policies of appeasement don't work when you're to the right of socialists. You just get punished.
