I'm hearing we lose Freeland as early as next Friday's news dump. Those who aren't being lined up to be sho* are very much being positioned as replacements.
If that departure materializes and she holds a press conference, I want to see her signature head nod when someone notes that her departure was long overdue.
Then again, perhaps those who have ambitions to replace him are encouraging their own public displays of ignorance. It's ingrained Trudeau-esque willful ignorance at best, and erstwhile servile stupidity at worst.
It's very much ingrained (and insulated) at this point. Talk to their staffers and hear from folks on the Hill, and they know they're being wallpapered but they think the response is often to Do More, not less. It's a fundamental disconnect. Those who are left clearly lack the character and the wherewithal to break the cycle.
Biden has only a few weeks left and he’s already turned a failing state (Syria) into a failed one (aka Libya). What will an angry woke man child do to our country that he/him/idiot/moron feels has spurned his benighted leadership? Pray for us.
I share similar worries. Trudeau's woke beliefs have always been vindictive. He belongs to a white tent revival cult that refuses to offer forgiveness and atonement. He'll seek to punish even further down the stretch.

You have read the tea leaves correctly, Alex. However, I think Canadians are fully done with the Trudeau Lieberals's machinations. He can shower Canadians with Arctic Pesos aplenty, but it won't matter.
Here in the great white (yup another blizzard starting today) mid-western Ontario, the Lieberal's support is almost non-existent. I would hazard a guess at well south of 20%.
